I'm taking a break from wedding festivities to check in. The ceremony was beautiful. I cried. Jessica and Dannon were all lit up. Loved it. I ate far too much at the dinner, then had to come home to make brownies for the reception.
Here's your fabulous workout for tomorrow.
Warm-up - 5-40 minutes (depending on time restraints and goals)
Assisted pullup - 3 sets of 10 (if you don't have the machine, use the monkey bars at the park and do as many as you can)
Bent-over row - 2 sets of 12
Reverse fly (with band) or seated row (with machine) - 3 sets of 10
Lateral raise - 3 sets of 10 - make sure your thumbs are down, palms facing back, arms straight
Fly - 3 sets of 12
Overhead tricep extension - 3 sets of 12 - if you have a bench or ball, do this laying on it, your arms hanging off the back
Tricep dip - 14 reps - to make it harder straighten your legs or put your feet on another bench
Bicep curl - 3 sets of 12
Hammer curl - 20 reps
Cool-down and stretch
