I'm taking a little break from the exercising.  No, I'm not slacking off nor is anything wrong.  I injured or hurt or did something to my right upper arm area and it really pains me to lift it or move it when I try to do certain things or move it in certain ways...yet, I still can't pinpoint exactly where the hurt is or exactly what moves make it hurt.  Add that to whatever it is that hurts in a funny way in my back for years, and I'm just needing to maybe do just some cardio for awhile.  After I baby my arm a bit, maybe I'll be set to go again.

You definitely need to take a break if you're injured. Best of luck in healing!
