It has descriptions of all the exercises so you will know what you're doing. I'm also working on You Tube videos. I'll let you know when I get those done.

He's doing great if he's not yet two and already that excited!
I think kids rob us of our abs. The sprints definitely help though. I just have to gear up for them.
